You can upgrade your BioPass ID plan to gain access to more individual records (enrolls) stored, increase the possible number of monthly, daily, and hourly transactions, reduce the maximum response time per transaction, and increase the number of transactions per second.
All of this can be done through the BioPass ID Subscription Panel. To upgrade, follow these steps:
Within the Subscription Panel, go to the “Pricing” tab, as highlighted below:
Clicking on the “Pricing” option will redirect you to the predefined plans page. Here, you can select a plan without needing to contact the Sales or Customer Success departments.
On this page, you’ll find various plan upgrade options related to the Multibiometrics and Quality API packages. There is also an option to request a custom plan by clicking the “Request a custom plan” button, which will direct you to Vsoft’s sales team.
For operations where a downgrade is desired, the new plan will only take effect after the customer’s billing cycle closes.
